Step 1:

10-Minute Consultation

In our 10-minute consultation, I'll get to know more about you, including your current challenges with food, body image, and any other areas you're comfortable discussing with me. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn about my approach, ask questions.

Step 2:

1hr. Initial Consultation

In our first session, we will dedicate 60 minutes to discussing your nutrition- related diagnosis and goals. We will review your medical history, relevant lab results, medications and eating habits.

Together, we will consider all the factors influencing your health and set up SMART goals to guide your progress. You will receive handouts and recipes to support your journey.

Step 3:

45 min. Follow-Ups

While we work together, you'll receive continuous support and guidance every step of the way. I'll monitor your progress, address any challenges, and offer ongoing advice on healthy eating. Together, we'll set new goals, develop a custom personalized action plan, and tackle any dietary concerns you may have, all while being completely supported by me as your dietitian.
